About Miami Bluffs Apartments

This site consists of Miami Bluffs and King Richard apartments.  Miami Bluffs is a low rise building with intercom access.  There is a bus stop at the property for convenient travel and on site laundry facilities.  Many restaurants and stores are within a 1 mile radius and wooded views are available.  Cats only are permitted. 

King Richard consists of ranch style units-4 to a building, right on the bus line as well. They have private entrances and permit dogs (restrictions apply).  

Both properties are close to I675 and I75 and offer affordable living in the south Dayton area.
